Our process begins with ethically sourced, high-altitude beans, selected for their natural sweetness and body. We roast in small batches, a method that allows us to monitor the precise second a bean reaches its peak "crack." This ensures that the natural oils—the soul of the coffee—are primed and ready.

The Infusion

This is where the magic happens. Unlike standard flavored coffees that rely on heavy, sugary syrups added after brewing, we introduce premium flavor infusions while the beans are still warm from the roast.

Returns & Refunds: Our Commitment to Quality

At Mr. & Me. Co., we take immense pride in our small-batch roasting process. Because coffee is a perishable food product, our policies are designed to ensure safety while maintaining our high standards for customer satisfaction.

Coffee & Perishables

Returns: Due to the nature of specialty coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unhappy with your coffee or received the wrong roast, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We want you to love your morning ritual and will work with you to find a solution, such as a replacement or a different roast profile.

Merchandise & Brewing Gear

Eligibility: Non-perishable items (mugs, scoops, apparel, etc.) can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake in your shipment:

Take a photo of the item and the packaging.
Email us at nbrown@mrandmeco.com with your order number.
We will ship out a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.

Subscriptions (Coffee of the Month)

Transfer Option: If you no longer wish to receive your remaining shipments, you may choose to transfer your subscription to a friend or family member so they can enjoy the Roaster’s Reserve experience in your place.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
